Structube’s content-rich, omnichannel website won the Best Website Redesign award at the eTail Canada’s 2017 Best-in-Class awards, held in Toronto. Structube – a leading specialty retailer of contemporary and modern home furniture – had a lofty goal: to expand the brand to the U.S market and double online sales in only two years.

The eTail Best-in-Class Awards honors the best of the best in retail, recognizing extraordinary eCommerce achievements in email, search, omnichannel, redesign and social media. Here were the night’s big winners:

  • Email – Thyme Maternity for Reitmans Canada Limited
  • Search – Mark’s
  • Website Redesign – Structube
  • Omni-Channel – ALDO
  • Social – Addition Elle

About the winning redesign:

“Always put the customer at the heart of the Structube experience”. With over 50 retail stores and more than 300 employees across Canada, Structube knew that their success in the crowded U.S. market hinged on creating a true omnichannel experience. They needed immersive, customer-centric shopping experiences, and they had to meet their customers across all possible channels.

Structube’s vision for seamless omnichannel capabilities materialized as it raised the bar for customer experience with content rich functionality ranging from Room Tours to Lookbooks and “Shop the Room” experiences. The new site was designed to maximize conversion and has lead to tripling online orders, doubling search-driven sales, improved average order value (AOV) and many other critical KPI.
