Kanuk’s digital platform was designed to meet the needs of a growing client base in Quebec, Canada, the US and Europe, all while respecting the brand’s heritage and values. This is a brand who is so confident in the quality and performance of their jackets that their showroom in Montreal features a room with 13˚ Fahrenheit / -25˚ Celsuis conditions for trying on the products.

Key innovations on Kanuk’s new website:

  • On-brand experience: The site was designed to appeal to both brand loyalists as well as a newer/younger client base by banking on the brand’s reputation and introducing more modern designs, including lines developed in partnership with renowned local designer Philippe Dubuc.
  • Fluid navigation: Clients can navigate and shop with ease. The UX+Design team created a simple and intuitive interface, highlighting the coats’ classic design and making the purchasing process easy.
  • Security and fraud prevention: A secure purchasing process for customers and strong anti-fraud measures are in place thanks to the Magento platform and Paypal Pro services. From both the customer and the company’s perspective, the site is a true reflection of Kanuk’s quality.
